The draft report will be based on the technical memoranda <br /> prepared for Tasks A, B, and C. An Executive Summary will be included to provide elected officials <br /> an understanding of the process, assumptions, methodology, conclusions, and recommendations <br /> without the technical detail. The Final Report will Jncorporate responses to comments from the two <br /> Cities on the draf# report. <br /> Subtask D.1: Prepare Draft Traffic Impact Fee Report <br /> 1.
