complete the program in a timely manner. The Regional Director monitors programs on <br />a monthly basis and provides reports to Bridge Executive Director and staff. Project staff <br />is required to submit monthly reports chronicling their program progress. If the program <br />should fall behind, the Regional Director will analyze the reason and quickly provide <br />appropriate action to get the project back on course for successful completion and <br />contract performance. Additionally, the Regional Director will provide staff with <br />strategies to evaluate, coach and manage their performance. The monthly staff <br />meetings are for discussion of performance, best practices, program evaluation, staff <br />training and other related issues. Additionally, all program progress is evaluated on a <br />quarterly basis and best practices are reviewed annually. <br />6. Describe how adequate staffing will be maintained to ensure success of this program <br />It is the Regional Director's responsibility to work closely and to counsel, coach and <br />train staff along with acting as a mentor. These actions will assist with ensuring that any <br />problems or concerns that arise will be addressed before they become problematic and <br />overwhelm staff. By being engaged in the process with staff, the Regional Director can <br />assist working through issues and redirect staff's energy towards success. <br />D. Program Description <br />1. Describe the overall services that will be made available to the WIA participant <br />All participants will receive the following services: <br />• Outreach ad Recruitment <br />• Program Orientation <br />• Eligibility Determination <br />• Intake and Objective Assessment <br />• Case Management and Counseling <br />• Collaborative Development of an Individual Service Strategy <br />• Labor Market Information <br />• Supportive Services if needed <br />• Referral to other Human Resources if needed <br />• Tutoring Services <br />• Like Skills Workshops including Conflict Resolution/Anger Management; <br />Financial Management; Goal Setting <br />• Leadership Development through Community Service <br />• NRF Customer Service Training and Certification Testing <br />• Job Readiness Workshops <br />• Mentoring <br />• Workshops on Renewable Energy and Utility Jobs (Wind, Solar, Hydro, <br />Weatherization) <br />• Job Placement and Retention Activities <br />• Placement into Higher Education/Life Long Learning <br />• Follow-up Services <br />2.
