Subtask 7a Perform Project Management and Coordination <br />Activities <br />The PBS&J Project Manager would communicate, as necessary, with the EIR project team members <br />and City staff to ensure compliance with the schedule, scope of work, and budget. The Project <br />Manager would coordinate the team's work and provide management liaison between the project <br />team and the City for communication of issues, transmittal of comments, financial management, and <br />other project management matters, such as contract processing. <br />Output <br />1. Assumes an average of approximately 8 hours per month the course of the project, for a total <br />not to exceed 40 hours. <br />Subtask 7b Attend Project Meetings <br />EIP's Project Manager and/or Deputy Project Manager would attend approximately one project <br />meeting per month during preparation of the EIR up to a maximum of 16 hours. It is assumed that <br />one meeting would occur after City review of the Administrative Draft EIR (to discuss comments), <br />one meeting would occur prior to preparation of the Administrative Final EIR and Draft MMP (to <br />discuss strategies for response to comments and format for the MMP), and two meetings would <br />occur as needed during preparation of the Administrative Draft EIR and/or at the direction of City <br />staff. The project "kick-off" meeting is assumed to occur separately, as part of Task 1. Other <br />meetings may be attended on a time -and -materials basis, additional to the proposed price and with <br />prior authorization by the City. <br />Output <br />1. Attendance at up to 4 project meetings (by the Project Manager and/or Deputy Project <br />Manager) for a maximum of 16 hours. <br />SECTION 3 EIR Schedule <br />PBS&J proposes the following schedule to complete a Final EIR, including Planning Commission <br />recommendation and City Council certification, by May 2010. <br />Target dates: <br />1.
