The <br />PMP shall identify the procedures and technical requirements that are to be <br />followed in preparing the SARTC Master Plan deliverables, all of which must <br />be compatible with City of Santa Ana systems, software, policies, procedures <br />and practices. The PMP shall also describe the responsibilities of each <br />participant in the project. A draft of the PMP shall be given to the City of <br />Santa Ana Project Manager for review and approval prior to distribution to the <br />project participants. Upon approval and no later than 30 days after notice to <br />proceed, Consultant shall convene a kick-off meeting with the technical team, <br />including the City of Santa Ana Project Manager, to explain all project <br />requirements. The following items shall be included in the PMP: <br />• Project description <br />• Project map <br />• Scope of work and task listing <br />• Project organizational chart <br />• Key project staff names, responsibilities, telephone numbers and email <br />addresses <br />• Project schedule <br />• Applicable design standards and codes listings <br />• Applicable computer software programs <br />• Project communications procedures and electronic document filing <br />index <br />• Sample of approved format for all project documents and reports <br />Quality assurance/quality control procedures <br />• Risk assessment register <br />• Other items deemed beneficial for all project participants <br />B.
