• Supervise subconsultants; coordinate and monitor work for <br />conformance with established standards and policies <br />• Seek input from and coordinate efforts with Station District (see Exhibit <br />B for overview and map) master developer on SARTC site planning <br />for transit supporting uses <br />• Apply for and obtain City and railroad encroachment permits <br />necessary for Consultant to be on the jobsite <br />• Apply for and obtain City approvals and permits as required for field <br />explorations (i.e., geotechnical borings) <br />• Prepare, circulate and file correspondence and memoranda as <br />appropriate <br />• Maintain project files using the City of Santa Ana's specified filing <br />system (s) <br />C. Project Schedule and Tracking System <br />Consultant shall develop, maintain and manage a Project Master Schedule. A <br />draft Project Master Schedule shall be submitted with the proposal as a <br />critical path bar chart for all tasks and subtasks. The final Project Master <br />Schedule will be reviewed as part of contract negotiations and resubmitted to <br />the City of Santa Ana Project Manager for review within 14 days of NTP. After <br />the Project Master Schedule has received approval by the City of Santa Ana <br />Project Manager, it will be incorporated as part of the PMP. The Project <br />Master Schedule shall be accessible in a Computerized Project Folder, as <br />described in Task 1.G and shall be updated twice a month, corresponding <br />with (a) the first biweekly meeting of the month and (b) the submittal of the <br />Monthly Progress Report/second biweekly meeting of the month. The Project <br />Master Schedule shall be created and managed using Microsoft Project <br />software. <br />Deliverable - Project Master Schedule with biweekly updates and status <br />tracking <br />D. Progress Meetings <br />Technical Team Meetings - Consultant shall prepare agendas for and lead <br />regular status meetings with the Technical Team and City of Santa Ana <br />Project Manager to track progress on the project. Technical Team meetings <br />will be held once every two weeks. <br />9
