Control (QA/QC) process as part of Consultant's proposal. The QA/QC <br />process and approach shall also be incorporated as part of the Consultant's <br />PMP once approved by the City of Santa Ana. <br />1. Management of Deliverables, Copying and Printing <br />Consultant shall deliver to the City of Santa Ana a complete copy (in <br />electronic and hard copy format) of every identified deliverable. Consultant <br />shall be responsible for printing milestone documents for public distribution as <br />authorized by the City of Santa Ana. The milestone documents may include <br />and not be limited to color documents, 8.5"x11" reports, 11 "x17" exhibits, <br />display boards, and other printable graphic exhibits prepared for public <br />distribution and/or use at public meetings. Consultant shall also be <br />responsible for preparing project-related material for the City's website <br />including text and graphics. Consultant shall be responsible for the QA/QC of <br />these documents in terms of quality, accuracy, and print quality. <br />Task 1 Deliverables: <br />Complete copies of all project documents (in electronic and hard copy format) <br />• Camera-ready copies of all color maps and exhibits <br />Task 2 - Detailed Planning <br />A. Needs Assessment <br />B. Transit Provider Needs Assessment <br />To understand the space needs of transportation providers and daily patrons <br />at SARTC, Consultant shall conduct a needs assessment and develop <br />ridership projections for each of the planning horizons. <br />Consultant shall analyze and document the operational and passenger <br />service space needs of each transportation provider at SARTC through the <br />year 2040 by collecting information from the service providers and through a <br />review of existing documentation. If no data are available, Consultant shall <br />prepare space needs assumptions based on widely accepted processes and <br />procedures. Passenger amenities, operations space, and functional <br />requirements shall be identified as part of this process. <br />C. Passenger Demand Forecasts <br />Consultant shall develop passenger demand forecasts at SARTC through the <br />year 2040 by obtaining ridership forecasts from the various transit providers. <br />If such forecasts are not available, Consultant shall employ widely accepted <br />processes and procedures to develop conceptual ridership estimates based <br />12
