on the general characteristics of each service, including anticipated service <br />frequencies, vehicle fleets, and headways. <br />Task 2 Deliverables: <br />• Needs Assessment Summary Report <br />• Ridership Projections Technical Memorandum <br />Task 3 - Facility Requirements Definition <br />Consultant shall define building space requirements (function and scale) and <br />parking needs for SARTC during each of the three planning horizons. <br />A. Building Space Requirements <br />Using data obtained during Task 2, Consultant shall identify the space needs <br />of each transportation provider, including their individual operational and <br />passenger service needs. After obtaining this information, Consultant shall <br />identify ways to integrate common and/or overlapping needs to achieve <br />space-use efficiencies and to facilitate easy intermodal transfers via shared- <br />use facilities and innovative layout concepts. <br />B. Parking Needs <br />Based on the passenger demand forecasts developed under Task 2.C and the <br />facility requirements developed under Task 2.13, Consultant shall identify parking <br />demand and loading/delivery requirements for originating passengers, on-site <br />employees, and goods/service providers. <br />Task 3 Deliverables: <br />• Building Space Requirements Summary Report <br />• Parking Needs Technical Memorandum <br />Task 4 - Physical Constraints Analysis <br />All proposed service and facility layout changes a <br />influenced by the current size, shape and location <br />proposed Santa Ana Boulevard Grade Separation, <br />Project, and Station District development could <br />circulation at SARTC. <br />A.
