33 <br />(- <br />Task 1. H Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br />Objective: To provide quality assurance and quality control for the SARTC Master Plan. <br />Approach: IBI Group believes in and is committed to the delivery of quality services to our clients on time <br />and within budget. Our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy comprises of two elements: an <br />organized approach to each assignment with clearly defined tasks; and systematic multi-level checking <br />and revision of assignment deliverables prior to their release. <br />IBI Group is an ISO 9000 certified firm, Certificate Number FS 501660, Management Standard BS EN ISO <br />9001:2000. As such, we have standards and procedures that guarantee oversight, quality assurance and <br />quality control. Our QA/QC plan will be documented in the PMP. The QA/QC program will be adhered to <br />for the duration of this project and will be fully presented in the PMP. Overall objectives of the plan include; <br />• Risk management <br />• Schedule management <br />• Quality Assurance <br />• Client Involvement <br />• Clarity of Implementation <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft and Final QA/QC Plan as part of PMP submittal <br />Task 1.1 Management of Deliverables, Copy and Printing <br />Objective: To manage and deliver identified deliverables in hard copy and electronic format. <br />Approach: The BI Team will deliver to the City a complete copy of each identified deliverable at the <br />specified delivery dates identified in the master project schedule. We will work with the City of Santa <br />Ana's project manager to identify the number of hard copies to be provided. Hard copies will be sent by <br />courier or regular mail depending on the priority needs. Electronic delivery will depend on the size of the <br />files and may be a submitted via email, FTP or through notification that the files are available through the <br />computerized project folder. The IBI Team will be responsible for printing key milestone documents for <br />public distribution as authorized by the City of Santa Ana. <br />The IBI Team also understands that we will be responsible for preparing project related material for the <br />City's website including graphics and text. We will be responsible for the review of these documents in <br />terms of quality and accuracy of information. It is assumed that the City will be responsible for loading, <br />hosting and maintaining the formation on the City's website. <br />Deliverables-- <br />a Complete copies of all project documents (in electronic and hard copy format) <br />• Camera ready copies of color maps and exhibits <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center Master Plan 1131 Group 1.25.1 0
