CONTENT OF PROPOSAL <br />In order to maintain uniformity with all proposals furnished by the Consultants and expedite the <br />process, it is hereby requested that the proposals be informal, limited to a maximum of 20 pages <br />(excluding resumes, if any), and include the following: <br />A. Project understanding and approach discussing the project, key issues, and any suggestions or <br />special concerns that the City of Santa Ana should be made aware of. <br />B. Scope of work identifying each required task for updating the EIS / EIR and preparing any <br />technical reports to comply with the CEQA and NEPA clearance documents in accordance <br />with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Caltrans policies and requirements <br />within the initial scope of work, along with any additional necessary tasks not currently <br />identify in this RFP for the successful completion of the project. <br />C. Schedule to be implemented on the project that will ensure that the required services will be <br />completed in a timely manner. <br />D. A brief resume of the Project Manager, including similar type of projects in which he/she has <br />been directly involved. The Project Manager will be the primary contact person to represent <br />the firm and will be the person to conduct the presentation, if invited for an interview. <br />IV. SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for the update, preparation, and submittal of any necessary <br />reports to conform to the CEQA and NEPA clearance documentation through completion, with the <br />approval from the City of Santa Ana and Caltrans.
