Chapter 12 Responses to Comments Received Since Publication of the Final EIR <br />MM4.2 -7(a) 1lith respect to the Transit Zoning Code area as a whole, the City shall, to the extent feasible, <br />require all on -site construction to meet EPA Tier 2, or higher, emissions standards according to the <br />following: <br />■ April 1, 2010, to December 31, 2011: All off -road diesel powered construction equipment <br />greater than 50 hp shall meet Tier 2 off-road emissions standards. In addition, all construction <br />equ pment shall be ou f tted with BACT devices certified by California ARB.
