All projects align <br />with at least one of the six Strategic Plan goals and their corresponding measurable <br />objectives. <br />In program year 2025-2026 the City will to allocate $4,190,178 of CDBG, $1,159,062 of <br />HOME, and $377,330 of ESG funds toward eligible activities designed to provide suitable <br />affordable housing and improve the quality of life of its low- and moderate-income <br />residents. <br />EXHIBIT 1
