The City is part of the Greater Los Angeles Area which, according <br />to the U.S. Census Bureau, is the second largest metropolitan area in the U.S. <br />Santa Ana is centrally located in Orange County and occupies 27.3 square miles. Santa Ana's population <br />as of the 2020 census is 310,227 (U.S. Census Bureau, April 1, 2020).
