Work Experience Agreement and Monitoring <br />• The pai1icipant, employer, and case manager must sign a Work Experience <br />Agreement outlining: <br />• Stai1 and end dates. <br />• Expected work hours and schedule. <br />• Performance expectations and evaluation criteria. <br />• Wage and benefit s inf01mation (if applicable). <br />• Monitoring and evaluation sho uld include: <br />• Regular check-ins between the partic ipant and case manager. <br />• Feedback from the employe r on perfo1mance and skill development. <br />• Adjustments to the training plan based on pa11i cipant progress. <br />7. Incentives and Payments <br />• Pai1icipants may b e eligible for incenti ves based on performance and achievement <br />of specific goals tied to the work experience. <br />• Any inc entive payment must be documented and approved by the case manager <br />and program supervisor. <br />• Paid w ork experiences must comply w ith minimum wage laws and labor <br />standards. <br />8. Work Experience Duration and L imits <br />Local policy must define the following: <br />1. Duration -L ength of time a pai1icipant may be in a work experien ce. <br />2. Hours per week -Number of hours a pa11icipant is allowed to work each week. <br />3.
