STOP OPERATOR PROCUREMENT <br />TfNqEMWDB w 11 prod e the AJCC Operator through a competitive process in accordance <br />with the Un form uidance Cost Principles contained in the Uniform Administrative <br />Requirem nts, C t Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards at 2 CFR part <br />200 (Uniform Guidance), inc uding the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) <br />approved exce%tions for the U.S. Department of Labor at 2 CFR part 2900, WIOA and its <br />implementing reg lations and local rocurement laws and regulations. All documentation <br />for the competitive A CC op rator pro rement will be available for public inspection. <br />The State requires that he AJCC oper re -competed at least every three years and no <br />later than every four year <br />2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TIES <br />a. Provision of Applicable Career Servic4nd P in Planning and Development. <br />The parties to this MOU will work clos e� together to ens re that the AJCC is a high - <br />performing work place with staff that ensure quality of ervice. The AJCC Partner has <br />indicated they shall provide an array of applicable carer services to clients as set forth in <br />the Santa Ana AJCC Partner Services. The AJCC artner agrees to the responsibilities <br />required of all Partners under WIOA Section 121(b). I addition, th CC Partners will <br />participate in joint planning, plan development, and modification ties to accomplish <br />the following: <br />i. Continuous partnership building; <br />ii. Continuous planning in response to state and federal requirements; a <br />iii. Responsiveness to local and economic conditions, including emplo needs. <br />Parties agree to the co -enrollment of mutual customers in case management to bet er <br />leverage the resources available for the benefit of the participant and enhance successful <br />outcomes and participate in the operation of the one -stop system consistent with th terms <br />of the MOU and requirements of authorized laws. Both parties agree to inform each other <br />immediately when a customer violates an established policy that would require them to be <br />banned from the center or behavior that requires police intervention. <br />Parties agree to collaborate and reasonably assist each other in the development of necessary <br />service delivery protocols for the services outlined in this MOU. <br />ral <br />City Council 7 — 52 7/15/2025 <br />5 <br />
