Ready�C <br />Orange [aunty's emergency preparedness resource <br />TASK 2-B: WEBSITE & MOBILE MAINTENANCE (WINTER/SPRING 20261 <br />Objective: Update, manage, host, and maintain the ReadyOC website and provide <br />recommendations for updates to improve the user experience, SEO, and functionality. <br />Task Description: Provide routine updates of the ROC website including content, <br />imagery, SEO optimization, and navigation. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />e. Update the ROC website with any additions/changes provided by the Santa <br />Ana Project Manager <br />f. Conduct routine maintenance, content updates, SEO optimization, blog posts, <br />page additions, and partner information updates as needed. <br />g. Ensure all site hosting, server, domain registration, and SSL certificates are <br />maintained and kept up to date. <br />h. Assist with transition to desired .GOV domain(s) as needed. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />c. Provide any edits and/or additions to the ROC website. <br />d. Approve any update and/or additions to the ROC website. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task will be implemented throughout the performance period and deemed <br />complete when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter. <br />Completion is planned to occur on June 30, 2026. <br />TASK 3: SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH <br />Objective: Develop consistent social media content based on messaging strategies for <br />ReadyOC initiative objectives and micro -campaigns. The content will be focused on <br />increasing user engagement and website traffic. <br />Task Description: Develop contemporary and engaging social media content in various <br />formats including graphics, memes, surveys, video, gifs, etc. This content will be used for <br />ReadyOC's social media posts, social media advertising, and digital advertising. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop social media calendars with draft imagery for review/approval. <br />b. The calendar will include social media platforms, date of publication, copy for <br />social media post, graphic, links, hashtags. <br />c. Schedule protect team meetings to review social media calendar as needed. <br />d. Implement any updates and/or edits to the social media calendar. <br />e. Post time -sensitive content at the direction of the Santa Ana Project Manager <br />f.
