Support promotion and provide feedback <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is complete when the Q1 toolkit is approved, published, and distributed, and <br />the Orange County Project Manager signs the task completion letter. Planned <br />completion: March 2026. <br />TASK 4-D: SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & DISTRIBUTION (Q2 2026) <br />Objective: Continue promoting public safety and community preparedness by <br />delivering a final quarterly toolkit focused on summer risks such as wildfires, heat waves, <br />and power outages. <br />Task Description: <br />The Q2 2026 toolkit will support ReadyOC's seasonal risk messaging and help <br />communities prepare for high -heat conditions, poor air quality, and the potential need <br />for evacuation. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop and deliver one final toolkit for Q2 2026 <br />b. Coordinate closely with the ReadyOC team for alignment <br />c. Upload the toolkit to ReadyOC.com <br />d. Lead distribution through established partner networks <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve content and assets <br />b. Assist in final outreach and share insights for future campaign planning <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is completed once the Q2 toolkit is finalized, approved, and distributed, and <br />the Orange County Project Manager signs the completion letter. Planned completion: <br />June 2026. <br />TASK 5: ADVERTISING (BUDGET) <br />Objective: Deploy social media advertising within the project budget to promote <br />ReadyOC's overall objectives, promotional information, and micro -campaigns. <br />Task Description: Deploy advertising strategy and budget across social media and <br />digital channels to boost awareness of the ROC program through approved messaging <br />and micro -campaigns. <br />a. Boost social media channel content. <br />b. Develop and deploy social media advertisements. <br />c.
