Review and approve the outreach strategy and schedule <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon execution of outreach activities and deployment <br />of approved campaign content, with submission of engagement metrics, <br />documentation of outreach efforts, and final approval from the Santa Ana Project <br />Manager. <br />TASK 6-1): PUBLIC AWARENESS & OUTREACH fQl 2026) <br />Objective: Enhance public awareness by executing a second phase of targeted <br />outreach that integrates ReadyOC's emergency preparedness messaging with <br />SafeOC's ROC public safety messaging. This phase aims to engage Orange County <br />residents further and reinforce the importance of disaster readiness, community <br />vigilance, and reporting suspicious activity. <br />Task Description: <br />Lead ongoing public awareness efforts to maintain momentum and deepen <br />engagement with the campaign. Outreach will be expanded to include new digital, <br />print, and in -person channels and targeted community events. The second phase of <br />the public awareness campaign will focus on reinforcing key preparedness messages <br />and the importance of situational awareness. <br />Responsibilities <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Execute ongoing outreach activities, ensuring consistent messaging delivery <br />through approved channels <br />b. Continue community engagement via events, local partnerships, and <br />collaborations with relevant stakeholder <br />c. Provide regular updates to the Santa Ana Project Manager, reporting on key <br />metrics and engagement outcomes <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve the updated outreach strategy and schedule. <br />b. Provide feedback and input on messaging and outreach strategies. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completing the deliverables detailed in the task <br />description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion <br />letter.
