You will directly impact the organization by <br /> identifying the unique challenges of each individual and creating opportunities for people to excel. The <br /> work you do will directly impact your personal& professional growth in the relationships you make with <br /> top employers in the community and within the organization. <br /> In the first 90 days you will conquer the following: <br /> -Understand the required metrics driven by grant specifications and how they impact the success of the <br /> program. <br /> - Identify critical needs gaps for our clients by conducting initial intakes and assessments. <br /> -Create a customized Individualized Employment Plan (IEP) roadmap for clients outlining career <br /> readiness plans that increases client engagement and lead them to achieving their career goals. <br /> -Create new partnerships with employers in industries that match the skill set and interests of our clients <br /> that offer meaningful employment opportunities. <br /> 2000 E.
