SOFTWARE APPLICATION MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENTS <br />Maintenance service agreements for the following applications must be current and maintained by <br />Contractor and made available to the City immediately upon request: <br />A. Milestone XProtect Corporate Upgrade Program <br />B. Sureview Immx Software Annual Support and Maintenance <br />C. Hiperwall Software Maintenance Agreement <br />D. Lexray User Licenses annual subscription <br />E. OR similar system <br />Vl. REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT <br />"Repair & Replacement" shall include coverage for the following systems and components: <br />A. All Milestone XProtect system servers (x8) <br />B. Hiperwall Video Wall system <br />1. Servers(x1) <br />2. Dedicated Workstations (x5) <br />3. Network Switches <br />4. Monitors (xlO) <br />5. Server (xl) <br />C. All cameras (including housings) that are connected to COSA's Milestone XProtect System <br />D. Power Supplies, including Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) (at minimum 10) <br />E. Encoders <br />F. Network Switches (at minimum 10) <br />1. Cisco <br />2. HP <br />G. Communications Radios <br />1. Ubiquiti <br />2. Bridgewave <br />3. Siklu <br />H. All connections and cabling <br />I. Standalone computers to view Milestone (x5) <br />Vll. PREVENT ATIVE MAINTENANCE <br />Preventative Maintenance shall be provided, at minimum, on a quarterly basis for the following: <br />A. Test and Inspection <br />1. Cameras <br />2.
