The eating <br />establishment will be able to accommodate up to 131 patrons within the indoor and <br />outdoor dining areas. If CUP No. 2025-18 is approved, the alcoholic beverages will be <br />stored within a walk-in cooler and a storage room behind the service counter and will be <br />displayed within two beer refrigerators within the service counter totaling approximately <br />76 square feet, which is less than five percent of the gross floor area of the tenant space <br />as allowed by Section 41-196(g) (25) of the SAMC. <br />Additionally, the Applicant is requesting approval of CUP No. 2025-19 for after-hours <br />operation to operate the business Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 <br />a.m. (midnight), Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. (one hour later than <br />allowed by SD-84), and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Staff is recommending that <br />the outdoor dining area be conditioned to only be operational Sunday through Thursday <br />from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to <br />mitigate noise impacts to the residents of the Rafferty. <br />Table 1: Project and Location Information <br />Item Information <br />Project Address and Council Ward 113 E.
