o Senior Electrical Systems <br /> Specialist(T) <br /> D. Incumbents in the classifications of: <br /> o Code Enforcement Associate <br /> o Code Enforcement Officer <br /> o Code Enforcement Supervisor <br /> who obtain or possess a valid certificate issued by the ICBO, ICC, SCACEO <br /> (Southern California/Statewide Association of Code Enforcement Officers), <br /> CACEO (California Association of Code Enforcement Officers), or any similar <br /> nationally recognized certificating organization in any four (4) of the following <br /> Career Development Incentive areas shall receive incentive pay differentials of <br /> approximately two and one-half percent (2.5%) for each certificate, but not to <br /> exceed five(5) certificates, or a total of approximately twelve and one-half percent <br /> (12.5%). <br /> If an incumbent has obtained four (4) such certificates from the menu below, they <br /> shall be eligible to earn an additional approximate two and one-half percent(2,5%) <br /> pay additive upon completion of both the SCACEO/CACEO Intermediate and <br /> SCACEO/CACEO Advanced Certifications: <br /> o Building Inspection <br /> o Electrical Inspection <br /> o Mechanical Inspection <br /> o Plumbing Inspection <br /> o Combo Dwelling Inspector <br /> o Plans Examiner <br /> o Zoning Inspection <br /> o Property Maintenance and Housing <br /> o PC 832 <br /> o Basic Module (SCACEO/CACEO) <br /> o Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner <br /> o Permit Technician <br /> o Coastal and Floodplain Construction Inspector <br /> o Disaster Response Inspector <br /> If an incumbent has already completed both the SCACEOXACEO Intermediate <br /> and the SCACEO/CACEO Advanced certifications, upon completion of any other <br /> four(4)certificates from the menu above,said employee shall be eligible to receive <br /> the additional five (5) salary rate ranges (approximately two and one-half percent <br /> be approximately two and one-half percent (2.5%) for the Intermediate/Advanced <br /> certifications. <br /> In no event shall the expansion of current certificate pay opportunities result in an <br /> 2025 MOU City of Santa Ana &SEW Full-Time Employees Unit Page 27 <br />
