5.11 Water Certification Pay <br /> Employees shall be eligible for Water Certification Pay according to the following <br /> provisions: <br /> A. Employees who possess a Water Distribution Certificate that is higher than the <br /> Water Distribution certification level required for their classification shall receive <br /> payment based on the following levels achieved. <br /> Distribution 2=one hundred dollars ($t00)per month <br /> Distribution 3 =two hundred dollars ($200) per month <br /> Distribution 4=three hundred dollars ($300) per month <br /> Distribution 5 =four hundred dollars ($400)per month <br /> B. Employees who possess a Water Treatment Certificate that is higher than Water <br /> Treatment certification level required for their classification shall receive payment <br /> based on the following levels achieved. <br /> Treatment 2= one hundred dollars ($100)per month <br /> Treatment 3 =three hundred dollars ($300) per month <br /> Treatment 4 =four hundred dollars ($400)per month <br /> C. The maximum an employee can receive per month in this section is four hundred <br /> dollars ($400)per month. The pay in this section is only available to employees in <br /> classifications with minimum qualifications that require a Water Distribution <br /> and/or Treatment Certificate.
