ARTICLE IX <br /> 9.0 VACATION <br /> 9.1 Purpose <br /> It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide them with <br /> a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be used as a guide in the <br /> administration of the provisions of this article. <br /> 9.2 Accrual <br /> A.
