(9) <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> L Product Complete bill of material and current brochures/cut sheets for all products being provided. <br /> Information <br /> M Delivery Manufacturer shall supply an expected delivery timeframe from receipt of approved <br /> submittals and complete order information. <br /> N Non- Manufacturer shall list all items that do not comply with the specifications. If in full compliance, <br /> Compliance tab may be omitted, <br /> Cost of Document cost of ownership as defined in the specification. Identify energy costs for <br /> © Ownership operating the luminaires. Maintenance cost for the system must be included.All costs should <br /> be based on 25 Years <br /> A. Services; <br /> 1. Contractor Responsibilities <br /> a) Provide required foundations, poles, electrical enclosures, luminaires, wire <br /> harnesses, and control cabinets. <br /> b) Provide Project Management as required. <br /> c) Submit electrical and structural plans to the City Building Department for <br /> approval. City to pay cost of plan-check. <br /> d) Assist our installing subcontractor and ensure our responsibilities are <br /> satisfied. <br /> e) Conduct site walk with the Park Inspector to perform irrigation and area <br /> lighting tests to confirm the operation of all the systems on-site before the <br /> project begins. <br /> f) Shall provide project signage for the public. <br /> g) Shall protect all open trenches or footing. <br /> h) The Park Inspector should inspect any broken conduits, irrigation, or <br /> electrical lines before backfilling. The Contractor shall repair any damaged <br /> irrigation and electrical lines within 24 hours. <br /> i) Perform final walk through, which will include an irrigation and electrical test <br /> to confirm the operation. <br /> 2. Subcontractor Responsibilities <br /> a) General: <br /> i. Provide sealed Electrical Plans to include stamped foundation design <br /> and structural calculations. <br /> ii. Provide soils report for structural engineering/foundation design, and <br /> field observations during hole auguring. <br /> iii. Obtain required construction permits, City to pay cost of permits. <br /> iv. Contact 811 for locating underground public utilities and then confirm <br /> they have been clearly marked. <br /> V. Contact the facility owner/manager to confirm the existing private <br /> underground utilities and irrigation systems have been located and are <br /> clearly marked to avoid damage from construction equipment. Notify <br /> owner and repair damage to marked utilities. Notify owner and <br /> Contractor regarding damage which occurred to unmarked utilities. <br /> vi. Provide labor, equipment, and materials to off load equipment at <br /> jobsite per scheduled delivery. <br /> vii. Provide storage containers for material, (including electrical <br /> components enclosures), as needed. <br /> viii. Provide necessary waste disposal and daily cleanup. <br /> ix. Provide adequate security to protect the jobsite, and delivered <br /> products from theft, vandalism, or damage during the installation. <br /> X. Keep all heavy equipment off playing fields when possible, provide <br />
