Virtual Reality videos; <br />c. Present multiple viewpoints or animation paths; <br />d. View existing conditions and design alternatives; <br />c. Generate unlimited still images and clipped simulation videos; and <br />£ Be accessible to City and public audiences from any web connected device. A cloud <br />collaboration service shall be provided to enable City to view and navigate the <br />visualization models using standard internet browsers. This service needs to be able to <br />extend to public stakeholders and engage in web -based meetings with shared model <br />viewing, view, and navigate on local desktop computers. The cloud collaboration <br />service shall extend for approximately 24 months (with option to extend as needed). <br />Training shall also be provided to city staff in order to utilize the service. <br />Caltrans may exercise review and approval function through the City Project Manager at key <br />points in the development process. All contacts with Caltrans shall be directed through the City <br />Project Manager. Milestone Project design reviews shall be performed for the specific products <br />and deliverables listed herein. The City Project Manager shall conduct these reviews, in <br />addition to the monthly project status reports and meetings. All meetings with other outside <br />reimbursed, and/or paid for, by the City for the amount stipulated on the permit or receipt. <br />4. STANDARDS <br />The Project plans, specifications, and estimates for the bridge shall be prepared in accordance <br />with current AASHTO and Caltrans' regulations, policies, procedures, manuals, and standards. <br />Improvements of local roads may be prepared in accordance with City standards in lieu of <br />Caltrans standards as directed by City. All Documents shall be prepared using US standards <br />and dimensions. Also, compliance with American Railway Engineering and Maintenance- of. - <br />Way Association (AREMA) requirements, SCRRA, Railway -Union Pacific Railroad <br />Guidelines for Railroad Grade Separation Project and/or County or City Standards as <br />appropriate. SCRRA standard plans and specifications shall be used for applicable designs. <br />Roadway, water, sewer, lighting, signal, landscape, traffic striping and signage, traffic control, <br />erosion control and drainage plans shall be prepared on City standard plan and profile sheets. <br />Design of improvements within Caltrans rights of way may be required per their standard <br />drawings and plans. <br />Specifications shall be prepared in conformance with the current editions of the City Standard <br />Plans and Specifications, Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Greenbook) <br />and Caltrans' Standard Special Provisions (SSP)s, latest edition. As part of the work involved in <br />the preparation of the plans, specifications and estimates, the Engineer shall prepare and furnish <br />to the City special provisions for items of work included in the plans which are not covered in <br />the City's Standard Specifications or Greenbook. <br />In case of conflict, ambiguities, discrepancies, errors, or omissions among the reference <br />materials obtained by Consultant from other agencies, Consultant shall submit the matter to <br />City for clarification. Any work affected by such conflicts, ambiguities, discrepancies, errors or <br />omissions which is performed by Consultant prior to clarification by City shall be at <br />Consultant's risk and expense. <br />
