iPF PAGE 2 OF 2
5. Utility Agreements — From our analysis, it appears that all utilities are City owned (sewer
and water) or in franchise. As such, utility agreements will not be required as there is not
cost sharing required. This effort has been moved to Optional Tasks.
6. Potholing — In reviewing the existing and potential relocation needs of the utilities, we are
confident that 30 potholes will suffice for the project, a reduction from the submitted 40
potholes. Please note this effort was shifted from Task 3 to Task 2, coupling it with the
utility coordination and subsurface utility investigation tasks.
A summary of our revised cost proposal includes:
Final Design $6,053,463 TIRCP Grant Funding
Right of Way Services $964,247 Unchanged
Construction Support $891,333 Unchanged
Optional Tasks $417,855 Contingency Items
The detailed cost proposal is attached. If the proposed changes as noted hereon are acceptable
to the City, we will submit a revised scope of services which align with these changes.
We thank you for your consideration and look forward to further discussing our scope and cost
proposal in detail with you.
