3. Prepare irrigation specifications in a sheet or booklet format for the appropriate irrigation <br />equipment as necessary to effectively communicate design intent and identify specific <br />components needed to install irrigation assemblies. <br />4. The Consultant shall provide The Client delivered plain paper sheet and pdf sheet layouts for <br />each submittal set based upon the scope of services described in Section 2.0. Each of the <br />following will be considered a submittal set, and include in the design fee as follows: (1) <br />501/o agency plan check submittal, 900//o agency plan check submittal, and (1) 100% final set of <br />irrigation plans with revisions incorporated per the plan check set for bidding purposes. All other <br />reprographics for bidding to Contractors or base changes shall be excluded in GID reprographics <br />reimbursables. <br />3.0 IRRIGATION CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION: <br />A. The Consultant will perform the Construction Observation Administration services as <br />follows: <br />1. The Consultant shall review, and approve all the correct irrigation equipment provided in the <br />submittal packages from the successful Contractor. <br />B. The Consultant will perform the Construction Observation services as follows: <br />1. Make (allowance of 1 site visit) during the pre -construction conference with all concerned <br />parties to discuss project concerns and review the Civic Center A-4 SKYHAWK Irrigation <br />construction documents with the successful Contractor to insure a complete understanding of <br />required installation procedures. <br />2. Coordinate a schedule and conduct a preliminary walk-through with the contractor to observe <br />the irrigation system installation and operation of each phase to be in compliance with the <br />construction documents. A punch list of all items, which need adjustment or correction, will be <br />prepared and submitted to the client and for the Client's Representative to have all items <br />completed prior to, and for the final acceptance, (allowance of 1 site visit). Insure that all extra <br />stock and maintenance manuals have been turned over to the appropriate client representative. <br />Section 3.0 TERMS OF CONTRACT <br />A. Fee Summary(Lump Sum Fee): <br />Irrigation System Design Development Fee: $ 1,900.00 <br />Irrigation System Construction Documents Fee: $ 1,125.00 <br />Irrigation Construction Observation Services Fee: $ 1,200.00 <br />Design Cost Total Fee: $ 4,225.00 <br />Reimbursable/Reprographics Costs Not to Exceed: $ 500.00 <br />Design Cost Total Fee: $ 4,725.00 <br />B. Not included in the aforementioned fees are items such as additional plotting beyond what is <br />outlined in Section #1 scope of work, deliveries/courier, mileage, parking fees, no irrigation <br />design beyond what is describe in Section #1 & #2 scope of work, scanning of cad documents, <br />colored controller charts, no new site plan drafting when no irrigation "As -Built" found, and base <br />sheet preparation. Costs associated with these items will be invoiced on a monthly basis as <br />incurred. <br />C. Fees stated are only for those services described within this contract. Additional items or <br />
