Consultant shall provide interim property management during <br />the transition from occupancy to demolition. This includes the coordination of utility connections <br />and disconnections, preparing and facilitating short-term rental agreements, rent collections, <br />providing eviction services, property maintenance and security, preparing and issuing notices to <br />vacate in accordance with state law, coordination of final asbestos and lead surveys, and <br />monitoring the demolition of structures and removal of underground storage tanks or other <br />environmental concerns. <br />Duties will include: <br />• Property Management Coordination <br />• Acting as Property Management Liaison <br />• Utility Coordination <br />• Invoice Services <br />• Security Services <br />• Lawn Care <br />Page 20 of 48 <br />19H-22
