Ms. Nelson noted that the Centerline project is an integral part of the Transit Village <br />project and the OCTA analysis is critical. She advised that the planning study would <br />take several months and that a final specific plan should be available for review in <br />approximately six months. Ms. Nelson also noted that the development of a live/work <br />product had been proposed for the southwest corner of Santiago and Santa Ana <br />Boulevard. <br />H.
