CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2002-18 AND VARIANCE NO. 2002-10 <br />Filed by Wireless Facilities, Inc. to add an additional antenna array to an existing AT&T <br />monopole with a 63-foot cellular facility that exceeds the allowable height of 60 feet at <br />1517 N. Fairview. <br />PUBLISHED IN THE REGISTER: October 18, 2002 <br />PUBLICLY NOTICED: October 18, 2002 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring <br />Program, Environmental review No. 2002-191. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-18 as conditioned. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2002-10 as conditioned. <br />Bob St. Paul, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Chairman Nalle opened the public hearing. <br />No written communications were received and there were no speakers on the matter. <br />Chairman Nalle closed the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Richardson noted that he drove by the property and that the site is poorly <br />maintained. Main Street and 115 N.
