<br /> for the preparation of dozens of cost studies and right of way data sheets in
<br /> concert with major public works projects throughout California. Notable project
<br /> examples include Orange County's Centerline project involving hundreds of
<br /> properties, MagLev train from Los Angeles to Ontario involving more than one-
<br /> thousand properties, and Right of Way Data Sheets at various interchanges along
<br /> Interstate 5,10,15, 60, 91, and 215; and State Routes 1, 74, and 90.

<br /> in delivering the total probable right of way costs for the Centerline Light Rail
<br /> Project in Orange County, California, and right of way costs for a series of over
<br /> crossings for the OnTrac Railroad Lowering Project in Orange County. He also
<br /> assisted apublic/private developer with assemblage budgets of their property
<br /> acquisition and relocation assistance program for a project involving hundreds of
<br /> properties and displacements.
<br /> II' II III III I I. Mr. Armstrong directed several major Capital
<br /> Improvement Projects involving regional arterial highways including State
<br /> Route 90 (Imperial Highway) widening improvements, a project covering five
<br /> municipalities and 200 full- and part-take acquisitions, and the City of Laguna
<br /> Niguel's Golden Lantern SmartStreet. He directed the Mid-Valley Parkway
<br /> Extension Project consisting of acquisition and relocation through numerous
<br /> municipalities in California's Coachella Valley and participated in management
<br /> and acquisition activities on the 100+ parcel California State Highway 111
<br /> Acquisition and Relocation Project for the cities of Cathedral City and Rancho
<br /> Mirage.
