<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The environmental analysis and documentation activities required by the <br /> CEQA and NEPA shall include, but not be limited to, the following specific <br /> requirements: <br /> <br /> 1. The Consultant shall research and review previous studies and <br /> environmental documentation applicable to the PROJECT. The <br /> Consultant shall prepare a technical memorandum summarizing the <br /> review of pertinent documents. <br /> 2. The Consultant shall submit five (5} copies and participant agencies' <br /> required number of copies of the environmental evaluation documents <br /> plus electronic files for City and participant agencies to review. After <br /> the review, the Consultant shall incorporate revisions to the document <br /> and submit the required number of revised copies plus electronic files <br /> for review and approval. The Consultant shall be responsible for re- <br /> submittals until all City and participant agencies' comments have been <br /> addressed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. <br /> <br /> Deliverables - Environmental Checklist ,PEAR and I SA. <br /> <br /> 0. PSRE Submittal <br /> <br /> The Consultant shall submit ten (10} copies of the Draft PSRE plus electronic <br /> files for review and comment. The Consultant shall also provide a sufficient <br /> number of copies for all stakeholders. In addition of the requirements of <br /> Caltrans' PSRE, the Consultant shall analyze, describe, and evaluate all <br /> potential environmental impacts of the proposed PROJECT, provide any <br /> necessary and available mitigation measure, and compare the relative <br /> impacts for each alternative and indicate the level of impacts after mitigation. <br /> After the review, the Consultant shall incorporate revisions to the document <br /> and submit the required number (same number as Draft PSRE} of Final <br /> PSRE plus electronic files for review and approval. The Consultant shall be <br /> responsible for re-submittals until all City and participant agencies' comments <br /> have been addressed <br /> <br /> The Consultant shall draft the Resolution of Certification with the required <br /> findings. The City Council will review and approve the Draft Resolution and <br /> City staff will prepare the Final Resolution. <br /> <br /> Deliverables -Draft and Final PSRE. <br /> <br /> P. Submittal Format At Completion <br /> <br /> The Consultant shall maintain PROJECT files using the City's specified filing <br /> system. The Consultant shall be responsible for obtaining information on the <br /> filing system, file naming convention, and CADD standard at the beginning of <br /> the PROJECT.
