<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> drawings, reports, estimates, letters, exhibits, and other project-related <br /> documents in the correct filing and on a CD or Digital Video Disc (DVD}. The <br /> submitted files' format shall be: <br /> <br /> 1. Drawings shall be prepared in ~icrostation V8 format based on the <br /> latest City CADD standard. All final conceptual plans shall also be <br /> submitted in PDF format. <br /> 2. Electronic copies of the environmental reports shall be submitted in <br /> Microsoft Word 2007 format, the exhibits of the environmental reports <br /> shall be in PDF format, and the cost estimates shall be in Microsoft <br /> Excel 2007 format. <br /> <br /> V. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> A. All work shall be performed in conformance with the latest City of Santa Ana, <br /> Caltrans, and other involved agencies' policies, procedures and standards. <br /> <br /> B. The Consultant shall carry out the instructions received from the City of Santa <br /> Ana and shall cooperate with the City and other involved agencies. <br /> <br /> C. The Consultant has total responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of <br /> all documents and plans prepared and shall check all such materials <br /> accordingly. The documents and plans will be reviewed by the City for <br /> conformity with the requirements of the Agreement. Reviews by the City do <br /> NOT include detailed review or checking of environmental reports and <br /> designs or the accuracy with which such reports and designs as depicted in <br /> the documents and the plans. The responsibility for accuracy and <br /> completeness of such items remains solely that of Consultant. <br /> <br /> D. The documents and plans furnished under the Agreement shall be of a quality <br /> acceptable to the City of Santa Ana. The criteria for acceptance shall be a <br /> product of neat appearance, well organized, technically and grammatically <br /> correct, checked, and dated and having the maker and checker identified. <br /> The minimum standard of appearance, organization and content of the <br /> documents shall be that of similar types produced by the City and set forth in <br /> related City of Santa Ana and other involved agencies' manuals. The <br /> Consultant shall modify its work as necessary to meet the level of <br /> acceptability defined by the criteria above. <br /> <br /> E. The Consultant shall have a QA/QC plan in effect during the entire time work <br /> is being performed under the Agreement. The QA/QC plan shall establish a <br /> process which includes checking procedures for report preparation, a <br /> discipline and interdisciplinary check of the environmental reports and <br /> conceptual engineering plans, correcting and back checking procedures, and <br /> all job related correspondence and memoranda dated and received by <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 14 <br />
