The Consultant's work will be subject to inspections by representatives of the <br /> City of Santa Ana and other involved agencies. <br /> <br /> VI. PROJECT BUDGET <br /> <br /> The maximum project budget for performing all tasks defined in the scope of <br /> work is $1.3 million. <br /> <br /> VII. PERFORMANCE PERIOD <br /> <br /> A. The contract shall begin upon approval by the City Council, and the <br /> Consultant shall commence work after notification to proceed by the City. <br /> Unless extended by contract amendment, the contract shall terminate upon <br /> acceptance by the City of Santa Ana of the PROJECT and upon completion <br /> of the terms of this agreement by the Consultant. <br /> <br /> B. The Consultant is advised that any recommendation for contract award is not <br /> binding on the City until the Agreement and all pertinent paperwork are fully <br /> executed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> 15 <br />
