D. will the proposed drive through lane and the car wash comply <br />with the regulations and conditions specified in this chapter <br />for such a use? <br />As conditioned, both the proposed drive-through lane <br />and the car wash facility meet the letter and intent of <br />the zoning code and design standards for such <br />facilities. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan of <br />the City or any specific plan applicable to the area of the <br />proposed use? <br />The drive-through lane at a fast food restaurant and <br />car wash facility at this location is consistent with <br />the General Plan. The proposed activities on the site <br />and zoning are consistent with the General Plan of <br />Santa Ana. <br />2.
