D. Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and <br />conditions specified in Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code for such a use? <br />The drive-through restaurant meets all Municipal Code <br />requirements for such uses and as conditioned will <br />ensure that parking is available for future eating <br />establishments. The proposed adjacent parking area, as <br />conditioned, will be irrevocably tied to the restaurant <br />to ensure compliance with the required parking. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or <br />any specific plan of the City? <br />A commercial use such as a restaurant .facility with a <br />drive-through lane is consistent with the General Plan <br />land use designation of General Commercial. <br />2.
