MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C-9-0826 EXHIBIT A AUTHORITY shall provide a copy of all AUTHORITY comments and agency comments received. CONSULTANT shall coordinate and collect from all agencies the Draft Signal Timing Optimization Plan comments. CONSULTANT shall incorporate comments into the Final Signal Timing Optimization Plan. Final Time -Space diagrams shall match those previously completed by previous consultant and submitted to the agencies for review and comment. The Time - Space diagrams shall be in color, be scaled both horizontally and vertically, show vehicle splits and movements for each intersection, show offsets and intersection distances listed below the intersections, and show forward and reverse green bands with applicable phase sequences. The Time -Space diagrams shall be separated per signal grouping and peak period plan and fully annotated with proposed cycle lengths, travel direction, signal grouping zone limits, and peak period plan identification. All intersections with crossing coordination, half cycle lengths, and existing and proposed pedestrian overrides shall be annotated as such on the Time -Space Diagrams. AUTHORITY shall provide electronic copies of the following completed and AUTHORITY approved Harbor Boulevard BRT Corridor Signal Timing Optimization deliverables for CONSULTANT review and use: 1. All Draft optimized and synchronized traffic signal timing plans in Synchro format, including (a) existing corridor conditions and (b) planned and programmed improvements (widening projects and intersection improvements) within the next five years (after NTP). 2. Draft Time -Space diagrams, in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and Tru — Traffic TS/PP data files. 3. Draft Signal Timing Optimization Plan, in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. 4. Electronic Synchro 7.0 data files used in the Draft analysis. CONSULTANT shall submit a Final Signal Timing Implementation Plan to AUTHORITY and agencies, which addresses all comments provided by AUTHORITY and agencies in the Draft Signal Timing Optimization Plan.
