MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C-9-0825 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />requirements, any part of the work which during the one (1) year period is found <br />to be deficient with respect to any provision of the plans and specifications. <br />CONSULTANT shall make all repairs and replacements promptly upon receipt of <br />written orders from AUTHORITY or it assigned representative. If CONSULTANT <br />fails to make the repairs and replacements promptly, AUTHORITY or the agency <br />may do the work and CONSULTANT shall be liable to AUTHORITY and agency <br />for the cost. <br />Firmware and Software Upgrades for Control and Communications Systems for <br />Central, Field Master, and Local intersection controller units for installed specified <br />systems are included in the installed price for a period of 3 years. <br />New software for new features not originally installed nor specified is excluded <br />from this contract. Standard Warranties or Guarantees for new software or new <br />features are the responsibility of the agency receiving such equipment and the <br />standard warranties or guarantees supplied by the manufacturer or vendor. <br />Removal of existing equipment and appurtenances is included in the "removing, <br />reinstalling, or salvaging traffic signal equipment" installation price. <br />Attention is directed to: <br />Section 86 - 1.05 WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AND INSTRUCTION SHEETS <br />of the State Standard Specifications. <br />CONSULTANT shall provide a Westminster/17th Street BRT Corridor Signal <br />Synchronization Equipment Installation Guarantee Certification after <br />AUTHORITY issues Final Acceptance of all three (3) BRT corridors. <br />Westminster/17th Street BRT Corridor TSS Implementation Services deliverables <br />(in part to include): <br />CSa. Signal Synchronization Equipment Guarantee Certification. <br />4.4.6 TASK C-6: WESTMINSTER/17TH STREET BRT CORRIDOR TSS <br />IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES - "AFTER STUDY" <br />CONSULTANT shall conduct an "After" field study report representative of the <br />times and days for which synchronization plans were developed. The "After" <br />Study must be conducted in the same manner and contain the same MOE's as <br />the "Before" Study in order to evaluate the improvements of the synchronization <br />plans. MOE's should be compiled for the optimized Westminster/17th Street BRT <br />Corridor using the floating car method (GPS interfaced PC Travel runs or Tru - <br />Traffic TS/PP runs) and Synchro 7.0. The "Before" Study floating car data was <br />collected using GPS interfaced PC Travel. If CONSULTANT decides to use <br />GPS interfaced Tru -Traffic TS/PP runs for the "After" study, CONSULTANT <br />must first present output compatibility between Tru - Traffic TS/PP and PC <br />Scope of Work 92 05/18/1 O
