COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />ROLL CALL: The Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana Planning Commies ion was called to <br />order and conducted by Madam Chair Brown in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Roll call was answered by Commissioners <br />Oliver, Doughty, Nalle Pedroza, and Segura. Also in attendance were: Robyn <br />Uptegraff, Executive Director, Kenneth Adams, Planning Manager; Gary Sheatz, Deputy <br />City Attorney; Larry Yenglin, Associate Planner; Sergio Klotz, Associate Planner; <br />Mike McCoy and Yolanda Pena, Police Department; Susan Helper, Community Development; <br />and Linda Hale, Acting Recording Secretary. <br />' PLEDGE OP ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Madam Chair <br />Brown. <br />PROCEDURAL RULES: The procedural rules for the session were read by Madam Chair <br />Brown. <br />PUHLIC HEARINGS 7:00 o.m. <br />1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 96-22 (Jamie Watanabe) <br />Filed by L.A.
