Commissioner Cribb commented on the need to stimulate reinvestment in the City's neighborhoods and <br />Commissioner Cribb commented on the need to stimulate reinvestment in the City's neighborhoods and <br />expressed that the current practices leaned towazd discouraging such activity. <br />Commissioner Solorio expressed that the current policy was acceptable, although, he indicated that there was a <br />need for staff to be more flexible in its administration. <br />Commissioner Mondo indicated that he was a strong advocate of maintaining current practices.
