Practical, cost <br />effective repairs are acceptable as long as compliance with <br />the minimum standard will be achieved. <br />Concrete <br />• 2,000 PSI (minimum). <br />Finishes <br />• Zero or low VOC primers, paint and coatings. <br />FOUNDATIONS <br />Minimum Standard <br />• Safe and structurally sound. <br />Rehabilitation <br />• Foundations that do not meet the minimum standard <br />shall be replaced.
