The contractor installed traffic sUiping, signs and barricades according to the conUact <br />documents. Staff had monitored the traffic bow in the project vicinity and found that Uaifc <br />contol setup needed to be revised to prouftle safer mouements for the motorist through the <br />construction zone. This change order provides for the changes according to the revised <br />Uaifc control plans.
