While reviewing the layout for the abutment drainage it was determined that the <br />abutments were not permitted to drain directly into the river and the new access road <br />bollards needed to be sleeved. The costs are to compensate the contractor to relocate <br />the abutment drainage to a sump and install sleeves for the bollards. (PCO 30). <br />AGREED COST = $1 ,913 <br />10. While laying out the MSE wall, the new SCE pole location needed to be established so <br />the MSE wall straps could be designed to miss these locations. The costs are to <br />compensate the contractor to provide survey for the pole locations. (PCO 31). <br />AGREED COST = $1,400 <br />11. While demolishing the existing southern half of the bridge various debris, rip rap, and <br />bio hazardous material was discover under the bridge. The costs are to compensate <br />the contractor to remove and safely dispose of the material.
