Installation of <br />the identified design features or equipment <br />will be confirmed by the City Building Official <br />prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. <br />MM4.2-34 Prior to issuance of a building <br />permit, the applicant shall demonstrate that <br />measures have been included to provide <br />adequate bicycle parking near building <br />entrances to promote cyclist safety, security, <br />and convenience. Documentation of <br />compliance with this measure shall be <br />provided to the City Building Official for review <br />and approval. Installation of the identified <br />design features or equipment will be <br />confirmed by the City Building Official prior to <br />issuance of certificate of occupancy. <br />MM4.2-35 Prior to issuance of any certificate <br />of occupancy, the applicant shall demonstrate <br />that all interior building lighting supports the <br />use of compact fluorescent light bulbs or <br />equivalently efficient lighting to the <br />satisfaction of the City Building Official. <br />MM4.2-36 Tenants shall be responsible to <br />ensure that preferential parking spaces are <br />allocated to ultra-low emission vehicles and <br />alternative fueled vehicles to encourage the <br />use of alternative fuels and ultra-low emission <br />vehicles. <br />Revised Station District Project and FOL Settlement Agreement Findings of Fact/Statement of Overriding Considerations 2-15 <br /> <br />
