<br />Hill International, Inc. (Hill) is a leading international construction consulting firm that provides construction

<br />WRC Headquartered in Santa Ana, California, WRC Consulting Services, Inc. (WRC) provides

<br />engineering services for California, Arizona, and Nevada clients. WRC staff members
<br />are experienced in construction documentation; plans, specifications, and estimates; concept
<br />planning; preliminary and final design tasks; and construction support for infrastructure projects.
<br />In addition, WRC staff members have proven records of success in obtaining agency review and
<br />permit approval. Their unique abilities in the integration of traditional civil engineering approaches
<br />with environmentally friendly solutions have lent added value to their clients' projects in the
<br />preservation of natural resources and enhancement of environmental quality.
<br />Diaz Consultants, Inc.
<br />Santa Ana based Diaz Consultants, Inc. (DCI) is a privately held geotechnical
<br />consulting services corporation, founded in December 1992. DCI has 23
<br />employees, including 17 engineers, the majority of whom have advanced degrees in geotechnical
<br />engineering. Their engineers are supported by a staff of technicians and drafters (ArcGIS,
<br />AutoCAD and MicroStation), and an extensive technical library. DCI provides geotechnical design
<br />and construction services throughout the State of California for a wide array of project types,
<br />including transportation, water infrastructure, industrial, commercial, institutional, airports, ports
<br />and harbors, and environmental.
