Her <br />development of an off-site temporary housing plan was crucial to <br />the project's success. <br />Transportation <br />City of Huntington Beach — Heil Avenue Widening Project— Ms. <br />Folk managed 19 acquisitions, including four part -takes, 3 full - <br />takes and 13 temporary construction easements; and she <br />facilitated the relocation of three residential owner -occupants. <br />City of Placentia — Ms. Folk was selected to head the <br />commercial and residential relocations for the Melrose and <br />Placentia Avenue Under -Crossing Projects, which are associated <br />with the OnTrac Joint Powers Authority. These projects consisted <br />of relocation for widely differing types of businesses and <br />residences such as auto related uses, coin-operated car wash, <br />state -tenant leased buildings and Spanish-speaking residential <br />tenants. <br />Orange County Transportation Authority — Senior Project <br />Manager in charge of the Placentia Grade Separation Project, <br />which included the acquisition of four fee interests, seven <br />temporary construction easements and 31 other easement <br />interests, including negotiations with BNSF railroad. <br />School Districts <br />Los Angeles Unified School District — LAUSD is currently <br />undertaking an 85 school program to ease congestion in Los <br />Angeles' schools. Ms. Folk has managed field activities for both <br />acquisition and relocation. The District assigned Ms. Folk the <br />majority of the complex commercial relocations due to her <br />reputation for superior high-level advisory services, negotiation <br />skills and site analysis and selection. <br />Rancho Santiago Community College District — School <br />Redevelopment Project — This project resulted in 53 residential <br />displacements. Ms. Folk managed the project and the team that <br />executed these residential relocations. <br />South Pasadena Unified School District — Ms. Folk managed <br />the seven residential and five commercial relocations as part of a <br />middle school expansion project. <br />San Diego Unified School District — District Wide School <br />Redevelopment Project — Ms. Folk was the supervisor of the <br />team that executed over 25 acquisitions and 35 residential <br />relocations. <br />Page 15 <br />
