GTSI-11-13308 0.0 <br />reference to the IFOG in this SOW will refer to the FROG for the San Diego Operational Area. <br />As in the previous contract the Operational Area IFOGs will: <br />• Complete an IFOG for all law enforcement, fire/EMS first responders to include <br />identified Emergency Operations Centers, ports, major airports, ambulance, public health, <br />hospitals, Colleges and Universities and essential non-governmental agencies to manage <br />responses to and management of incidents <br />• Provide a comprehensive guide for operational areas first responders, COM Coordinators, <br />COMLs, COMTs, and other radio information to establish local, multi jurisdictional and <br />regional interoperability, in support of incident response missions and objectives <br />• Include for each SPA County Operational Area, at a minimum: <br />o Contact information for every 24 Hour Monitoring Facility <br />o Available operational area, regional, statewide and national interoperability <br />channels <br />o Regularly monitored operational area, regional, statewide and national <br />interoperability channels <br />o Operational area shared channels <br />o Regional shared channels <br />o Interoperability channels of each California Mutual Aid Region that adjoins the <br />Operational Area and/or SPA region and adjacent county resources <br />o Hailing Frequencies or access channels for each Public Safety Agency <br />2.4.1 Task 1 <br />The GTSI Team will identify all key and essential agencies and disciplines and related points of <br />contact to be included in the IFOG that are essential to effective emergency management <br />response. This review will include one hundred and fifty four (154) jurisdictions with a <br />population less than 100,000 within the SPA region. Data will be collected, entered and cross <br />referenced within the IFOG by the following user sections: <br />• Hospitals <br />• Ports <br />• Airports (Regional and International) <br />• Public Health (County level) <br />• Ambulance <br />• Utilities <br />• Federal <br />• National Guard (State) <br />• Transportation (Mass Transit) <br />• Coroner's office (County level) <br />• School Districts <br />• Universities/Colleges <br />• Law Enforcement <br />• Fire <br />• Emergency Medical Services <br />• Emergency Operations Centers (public and private) <br />-7- <br />GTSI Confidential and Proprietary.
