GTSI-11-13308 0.0 <br />• Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) <br />• Private Dispatch Centers (corporate and non-governmental agencies to be included within <br />the IFOG) <br />2.4.2 Task 2 <br />The GTSI Team will identify, collect and collate existing rules of use, protocols and procedures <br />involving interagency and regional interoperable communications for disciplines and agencies <br />identified in Task 1. <br />• Using data from SPA I and II and the Cal-IFOG; local, regional and adjoining mutual aid <br />regions interoperable and shared channel information will be collected, collated and <br />verified, to include "hailing" or "access channels" with related radio programming data <br />Conduct outreach activities, as required, to quantify and qualify existing protocols, rules <br />of use, procedures and communication pathways used for interoperable communication <br />• Develop common rules of use, protocols and procedures involving interagency and <br />operational area interoperable communications for disciplines and agencies identified in <br />Task 1 for each individual operational area within the SPA <br />2.4.3 Task 3 <br />The GTSI Team will develop a communication pathway matrix identifying inter -agency and <br />operational area interoperable communications by disciplines and agencies identified in Task 1 <br />for each Operational Area <br />2.4.4 Task 4 <br />The IFOGs will be distributed to each Operational Area for further internal distribution as <br />determined by the Operational Area. Printed copies of the IFOG inserts delivered in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />• Large population counties (San Diego/Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino) will each <br />receive 400 copies <br />• Small population counties (Inyo, Mono, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura) <br />will each receive 100 copies <br />• Orange County will receive 1,250 copies <br />• Los Angeles Operational Area will receive 1,000 copies <br />2.4.5 Task 5 <br />The SPA Executive Coordinator will update the SPA IFOG regional and individual operational <br />data into the Cal-IFOG portal maintained by Cal EMA. <br />The completion of Tasks 1 through 5 above and the delivery of the IFOG updates to the <br />respective Operational Areas will complete Deliverable 3. <br />-8- <br />GTSI Confidential and Proprietary.
