GTSI-11-13308 v3.0 • An impact statement 2.7.1 Task 1 The GTSI Team will identify all key and essential points of contact within agencies and disciplines and related points of contact to be included in the evaluation that are essential to emergency management response. Contact information will be compiled on the following user types: • Hospitals • Ports • Airports (Regional and International) • Public Health (County level) • Ambulance • Utilities • Federal • National Guard (State) • Transportation (Mass Transit) • Coroner's office (County level) • School Districts • Universities/ Colleges • Law Enforcement • Fire • Emergency Medical Services • Emergency Operations Centers (public and private) • Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) • Private Dispatch Centers (corporate and non-governmental agencies included within the IFOG) 2.7.2 Task 2 The GTSI Team will identify all VHF and UHF channels which require modification per the FCC mandate and compile this information into a tabular and geographic map format by Operational Area, municipality and discipline/first-responder. 2.7.3 Task 3 The GTSI Team will identify all VHF and UHF radio networks which need to be modified per the FCC narrowbanding mandate and compile this information into a tabular and geographic format by Operational Area, municipality and discipline/first-responder. 2.7.4 Task 4 The GTSI Team will canvas the SPA and compile all of the available Narrowbanding Plans of the licensees or radio users into a tabular and geographic format for analysis in which the gaps would be identified.
