<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> <br /> I ADMINISTRATOR within ten (10) days of any request therefore. <br /> <br /> 2 17.1.3 To report in writing to ADMINISTRATOR immediately after <br /> 3 discovery, the loss or theft of any items of Capital Equipment. For stolen <br /> <br /> 4 items, the local law enforcement agency must be contacted and a copy of the <br /> i <br /> 5 police report submitted to ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> 6 17.1.4 To purchase a policy or policies of insurance covering j <br /> 7 loss or damage to any and all Capital Equipment purchased under this <br /> <br /> 8 Agreement, in the amount of the full replacement value thereof, providing <br /> 9 protection against the classification of fire, extended coverage, vandalism, <br /> <br /> 10 malicious mischief and special extended perils (all risks) covering the <br /> <br /> 11 parties' interests as they appear. <br /> 12 17.2 The purchase of any Capital Equipment by CONTRACTOR shall be <br /> <br /> 13 requested in writing, shall require the prior written approval of <br /> 14 ADMINISTRATOR, and shall fulfill the provisions of this Agreement which are <br /> <br /> 15 appropriate and directly related to CONTRACTOR's service or activity under the <br /> 16 terms of the Agreement. COUNTY may refuse reimbursement for any costs <br /> i <br /> 17 resulting from Capital Equipment purchased, which are incurred by CONTRACTOR, <br /> i <br /> 18 if prior written approval has not been obtained from ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> 19 17,3 No personal computers or any component thereof may be purchased <br /> 20 with funds provided under this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 21 18. BREACH SANCTIONS <br /> I <br /> 22 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, <br /> 23 or conditions of this Agreement shall be a material breach of this Agreement. <br /> 24 In such event ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sole discretion, and in addition to <br /> <br /> 25 immediate termination and any other remedies available at law, in equity, or <br /> 26 otherwise specified in this Agreement: <br /> <br /> 27 18.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the breach, <br /> 28 which period shall be established at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR; <br /> <br /> <br /> (WAM0811) 21 of 40 (December 22, 2011) <br /> <br /> 20B-23 <br />
